Design and Implementation of Universal Multifunctional Flywheel Test System

  • 摘要: 飞轮是空间卫星的执行机构,性能好坏决定卫星能否正常运行。当前飞轮测试系统功能单一化,测试系统定期校准手工效率低。围绕实际需求研制一套多功能通用化自动测试平台。基于QT开发框架,开发了可以兼顾多型号和多协议的模块化软件的飞轮测试平台,可以完成6路飞轮控制板自定义的定时功能的串/并行测试,实现一键测试功能和定期自动校准功能。经过试验表明该测试系统解决了传统意义上的一台测试系统只能测试一台飞轮产品的问题,提高了测试效率。在实际的应用中,解决了计量标定人员在定期校准时手动校准的复杂操作问题,克服了易出错、准确性偏低等一系列问题。

     

    Abstract: The flywheel is the actuator of a space satellite, and its performance determines whether the satellite can operate normally. The current flywheel test system has a single function, and the manual efficiency of regular calibration of the test system is low. Focusing on actual demand, a multi-functional generalized automatic test platform is developed. Based on QT, a flywheel test platform is developed, which can take into account multi-model and multi-protocol modular software, and can complete the series/parallel test of the self-defined timing function of the 6-way flywheel control board, and realize the one-click test and the regular automatic calibration function. After experimenting and practically results, the test system solves the problem that a test system can only test one flywheel product in the traditional sense, and improve the test efficiency. In practical applications, it solves the complex operation problem of manual calibration by metrological calibration personnel during regular calibration, and overcomes a series of problems that are prone to errors and low accuracy.
