典型配电网接线方式及组网方案的综合比较

Comprehensive Comparison of Typical Distribution Network Wiring Modes and Networking Plans

  • 摘要: 针对当前中压配电网接线模式的研究方式及对比因素不全面问题,提出对典型接线不同组网方案的综合比较。基于当前配电网各类典型接线,以东莞电网实际参数为基础构建理想区域作组网研究,采用故障遍历法计算由于故障引起的可靠性指标,基于负荷密度分布的线损改进计算,以PSD-SCCP短路计算程序分析环网接线开/闭环方式短路水平,基于净现值法分析的经济性指标以及各组网接线适应性等角度综合比较各组网方案应用情况。应用东莞实际混合线路环网组,模拟电网建设初期及城市化进程下模式进行比较计算,对比结果验证了论文对典型接线方式综合比较的可行性。基于典型接线方式的组网方案综合比较对地区配电网规划人员具有一定的启示和实际指导。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of incomplete research methods and comparison factors of current medium-voltage distribution network wiring modes, a comprehensive comparison of different networking schemes for typical wiring is proposed. Based on various typical connections of the current distribution network, the ideal area is constructed based on the actual parameters of the Dongguan power grid for networking research, the fault traversal method is used to calculate the reliability index due to the fault, the line loss based on the load density distribution is improved, and the PSD-SCCP short circuit calculation program analyzes the short circuit level of the open/closed loop mode of the ring network connection, and comprehensively compares the application of each network plan based on the economic indicators analyzed by the net present value method and the adaptability of each network connection. Using the actual mixed-line ring network group in Dongguan, the comparison and calculation of the model in the initial stage of power grid construction and the urbanization process are simulated, and the comparison results verify the feasibility of the comprehensive comparison of typical wiring methods. The comprehensive comparison of networking schemes based on typical wiring methods has certain enlightenment and practical guidance for regional distribution network planners.
