列车能耗测试装置与分析方法研究*

Research on Train Energy Consumption Test Device and Analysis Method

  • 摘要: 随着城市轨道交通能耗较高的问题日益凸显,亟待对列车能耗进行测试并对测试数据进行分析,从而为列车节能运行提出更多的参考建议。根据城市轨道交通列车能量流动规律,研制一套满足EN50463标准要求的列车能耗与里程测试装置。结合多种传感器,该装置可实现全列车消耗的电能与实时运行速度和里程的测量,并对测试数据进行分析。以德令哈市有轨电车测试案例为背景,详细介绍了城市轨道交通的能量流动规律与该列车测试装置及测试数据分析方法。

     

    Abstract: As the problem of high energy consumption of urban rail transit becomes increasingly prominent, it is urgent to test the energy consumption of trains and analyze the test data, so as to put forward more reference suggestions for the energy-saving operation of trains. According to the energy flow law of urban rail transit trains, a set of train energy consumption and mileage test equipment that meets the requirements of EN50463 standard is developed. Combined with a variety of sensors, the device can measure the electric energy consumed by the entire train, real-time running speed and mileage, and analyze the test data. Taking the tram test case in Delingha as the background, the energy flow law of urban rail transit, the train test device and the test data analysis method are introduced in detail.
