高速内置式永磁同步电机转子强度的等效计算与分析

摘要: 针对高速永磁电机转速高、产生的离心力会损坏永磁转子的问题,需要对电机的转子强度进行分析。在电机高速工作时,离心力成为主要因素,内置式永磁转子的保护桥承受自身和永磁体引起的离心力的作用,依据等效前后质量相等的原则,采用等效圆环法,将内置式高速永磁电机的转子进行等效处理,建立了等效圆环数学模型,推导出等效圆环的厚度与保护桥尺寸之间的关系,并对不同转速下,等效法计算的结果和有限元法计算的结果进行对比分析。对比结果表明:等效法能够有效地计算出转子强度,并且具有良好的准确性和实用性。Abstract: In order to solve the problem which the permanent magnets can be damaged for the huge centrifugal force at high rotation speed, the mechanical strength of high-speed permanent magnet rotor is researched. The huge centrifugal force is the main factor when the permanent magnet rotor rotates in large velocity. Protection bridge of the interior permanent magnet motor rotor sustain the centrifugal force which itself and permanent magnet causing. According to mass equality before and after, the equivalent ring method is put forward to deal with the rotor, and build mathematical model. The mathematical relationships between the thickness of the equivalent ring and the size of protection bridge are deduced. The results of the equivalent method and finite element method are contrasted in different speeds. The contrast results have shown that the equivalent method can calculate the stress effectively and accurately.
