四相电励磁双凸极电动机单相开路故障分析与容错控制策略

Open-Circuit Faults Analysis and Fault Tolerant Control Technology of a Four-Phase Wound-Field Doubly Salient Motor

  • 摘要: 多相结构是提高电机容错能力的有效途径,本文以一台四相8/6极电励磁双凸极电动机为研究对象,借助有限元电磁场分析技术,根据电磁转矩的产生机理确定了功率电路控制逻辑,对电机正常运行及单相开路故障时的运行特性进行了对比分析,通过分析各相电流对电磁转矩的贡献情况,针对单相开路故障提出并研究了一种容错控制策略,仿真分析表明,该控制策略能有效降低故障相对电机电动运行性能的影响,验证了其有效性。

     

    Abstract: It is proved that multiphase motor has the advantage of good fault tolerant performance. Based on an 8/6-pole four-phase wound-field double salient motor(WFDSM) prototype, control strategies of the driving inverteris presented according tothe mechanism and properties of electromagnetic torques production. Operation characteristics undernormal and single phase open circuit conditions are investigatedwith the help of finite element analysis(FEA). To improve theelectromagnetic performance of single phase open circuitfaulty operation, a fault tolerancestrategy is proposed for the WFDSM machineby analyzing thecontributions of each armature winding to electromagnetic torques. The proposed topology is validated by simulation which shows that the proposed topology can enhancethe electromagnetic performance of faulty operation.
