盐密对污秽复合绝缘子电场与温度场的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Salt Density on Electric and Temperature Field of Contaminated Composite Insulator

  • 摘要: 随着工农业高速发展,污染已成为影响电网安全运行的严重隐患,户外复合绝缘子污闪现象时有发生。为了了解污闪特性,本文以FZSW-10/4型支柱复合绝缘子为研究对象,对污秽绝缘子的电场和温度场进行了仿真,并分析了绝缘子积污后最易产生局部电弧的位置。仿真结果表明了盐密的导电作用使电场发生畸变,造成局部电场强度增加明显;此外,污秽绝缘子的温度分布特性揭示了盐密对绝缘子沿面温度的影响,为防止绝缘子污秽闪络的发生提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of industry and agriculture, pollution has become a serious hidden danger to the safe operation of power grid, and flashover of outdoor composite insulators has occurred frequently. In order to understand the specific characteristics of flashover, the FZSW-10/4 composite insulator is used as the research object in this paper. Electric field and the temperature field were simulated, and the location where partial arc of insulator is more easily to ocurr is analyzed. The simulation results show that the conductive effect of salt density distort the electric field and makes the local electric field strength increase significantly. The temperature distribution characteristic of polluted insulators reveals the relationship between salt density and insulator surface temperature, which provides a theoretical basis for preventing insulator flashover.
