基于FPGA的应急电源充电装置设计
Design of Emergency Power Supply Charger Based on Field-Programmable Gate Array

摘要: 传统的应急电源充电机常采用DSP作为处理器,实时控制效果不理想,鉴此研制了以FPGA EP3C25E144C8N为控制芯片的三相PWM整流装置作为应急电源蓄电池组充电机。采用基于空间矢量算法(SVPWM)的双闭环前馈解耦控制策略和分级定流的蓄电池充电方式,并编制了VHDL语言控制程序,实现了蓄电池安全可靠充电。系统仿真和样机实验结果验证了文中设计的三相PWM整流充电装置的正确性。Abstract: DSP was used as the processor for the traditional emergency power charger but the real-time control is poor. Therefore the three-phase PWM rectifier with the control chip of EP3C25E144C8N\FPGA is designed to solve this problem. This rectifier is designed with the double loop feedforward decoupling control based on SVPWM, multi-step constant current charging and VHDL language programme. The simulation and the result of the experiment results verify the excellence of the three-phase PWM rectifier.
