Abstract:
Aiming at the influence of the application of new soft magnetic material amorphous alloy in motor on the performance of motor, firstly, the loss and other properties of the new soft magnetic material and ordinary silicon steel are tested and compared, and the feasibility of its application in high-efficiency motor is verified. Then the comparative analysis of the same structure two motors that the amorphous alloy motors and traditional silicon steel motors is conducted. It shows that the core loss of amorphous alloy motor is only about 10% of that of traditional silicon steel, but its copper loss increases by about 28%, so the effect of improving motor efficiency is not obvious. Finally, the reasons for the increase of copper loss of amorphous alloy motor are analyzed. According to the reasons for the increase of copper loss, the motor structure is adjusted and optimized. The performance parameters of the motor such as copper loss, core loss and efficiency before and after optimization are compared and analyzed. The research results show that the efficiency of the motor body after optimization can reach 98.14%, which is 1.012% higher than that before optimization, and 1.54% higher than that of the traditional silicon steel motor.
