Research on Dynamic Mathematical Model and Simulation of Wind Power Pitch Control System Based on Matlab Simulink

  • 摘要: 详细介绍了风电变桨控制系统各子系统的动态数学模型和系统控制框图,基于Matlab Simulink搭建了系统仿真模型,从风机位置指令到速度指令,再到电流指令,最后经过伺服驱动控制变桨电机,使桨叶转到相应的位置。介绍了一种研究变桨系统控制原理的仿真方法,仿真给予阶跃信号分析变桨电机加速减速过程,给予周期正弦波信号分析变桨系统位置跟随性能。仿真结果表明了动态数学模型的正确性。仿真模型的搭建以及仿真参数调试,对实际变桨系统控制策略研究意义重大。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic mathematical model and system control block diagram of each subsystem of the wind power pitch control system are introduced in detail. The system simulation model based on Matlab Simulink is built. From the fan position command to the speed command, then to the current command, and finally through servo drive to control the pitch motor, so that the blade turning to the corresponding position. A simulation method for studying the control principle of pitch control system is introduced. The simulation gives step signal to analyze the acceleration and deceleration process of pitch motor, and periodic sine wave signal to analyze the position following performance of pitch system. The simulation results verify the correctness of the dynamic mathematical model. The establishment of simulation model and the debugging of simulation parameters are of great significance to the study of control strategy of actual pitch control system.
