Abstract: Taking the secondary system training room of 220 kV smart substation in the Zhejiang Electric Power Power Corporation Training Center as an example, through years of training experience in smart substation, it is put forward that the original training platform should be reformed by changing the combination, and the training platform that can provide new skills training should be reformed, so as to provide a new training mode for relay protection skills training and competition. Compared with the training platform before the transformation, the new training platform of “small input and large output” is realized by comparing the training projects, competition projects, training course settings and other applications.
