Research on International Regulatory Progress and Technical Supervision of Hair Shampoos and Conditioners

This article provides ideas for the refined management by analyzing the international regulatory trends and technical supervisions of hair shampoos. Literature investigation and data statistical analysis were conducted,the international regulatory trends and regulations of hair shampoos and conditioners were sorted out,and the relevant technical points such as raw material use and limit regulations,production process,physical and chemical inspection and efficacy testing of shampoo and hair care products were analyzed and discussed.The trend of supervision in different countries reflected the risk of preservative raw materials,which had reference value for product quality management and cosmetic testing of manufacturers. In addition,the research and summary of technology-related points could promote the improvement and optimization of hair shampoos and conditioners technology and regulatory system.The functions of products are becoming increasingly rich with the expanding market scale of hair shampoos and conditioners. The fine and scientific management will be an important trend in the supervision of cosmetics in China in the future. In addition to the supervision of risk ingredients in raw materials,the supervision system of raw material ratio,production process and efficacy evaluation should be further strengthened and the supervision mechanism of hair shampoos and conditioners system should be improved.
