  • 摘要: 随着以数字化、网络化和智能化为标志的科技飞速发展,工业4.0时代已然到来,计量基本单位发生重大变革,计量领域产生新变化和新趋势.在国家宏观政策的大力助推下,云计算、人工智能、大数据分析等技术不断迭代并日渐成熟.实验室作为科研创新和技术进步的沃土,数智赋能、数字化转型是提升实验室战略布局的关键.计量实验室的数字化转型,需要在"人、机、料、法、环、测"多维度基础上兼顾业务服务和技术攻关统筹考虑,以此实现实验室各项活动流程化、动态化、智能化、数字化管理和运营.依托利好的政策环境,计量实验室需要针对存在的问题,主要从业务、技术、价值三个角度实现数字化转型,以价值重构为主线,实现技术和业务的相互影响和迭代升级.计量数字化转型的体系架构主要包括三层,从上到下分别是应用层、数据层、基础层.应用层主要包括业务平台、科研平台和管理平台,将对业务整体流程、科研项目及成果管理、设备仪器及人员的科学管理等制定数字化方案.数据层主要包括数据端、数据源和数据池,将对业务服务、标准、检测、实验、科研、人员等数据进行分析和处理,深入挖掘数据的应用价值.基础层主要包括硬件、软件和技术,利用实验室的仪器设备、软件系统、数字化技术满足应用层和数据层的需求,以此建立数字化计量实验室.

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology marked by digitalization,networking and intelligence,the era of Industry 4.0 has arrived,the basic units of measurement have undergone major changes,and new changes and new trends have occurred in the field of measurement.Under the strong boost of the national macro policy,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,big data analysis and other technologies continue to iterate and mature.As a fertile ground for scientific research innovation and technological progress,digital intelligence empowerment and digital transformation are the key to improve the strategic layout of the laboratory.The digital transformation of the metrology laboratory needs to take the overall consideration of business services and technical research on the basis of multiple dimensions of"human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement"into account,so as to realize the process,dynamic,intelligent and digital management and operation of the laboratory activities.Relying on a favorable policy environment,the metrology laboratory needs to address existing problems and realize digital transformation mainly from the three perspectives of business,technology and value,and take value reconstruction as the main line to realize the mutual influence and iterative upgrade of technology and business.The architecture of metrology digital transformation mainly includes three layers,from top to bottom are application layer,data layer and base layer.The application layer mainly includes the business platform,scientific research platform and management platform,which will develop digital solutions for the overall business process,scientific research project and achievement management,equipment,instruments and personnel scientific management.The data layer mainly includes the data end,data source and data pool,which will analyze and process the data of business services,standards,testing,experiments,scientific research,personnel,etc.,and deeply dig the application value of data.The basic layer mainly includes hardware,software and technology,and uses laboratory instruments and equipment,software system and digital technology to meet the needs of the application layer and data layer,so as to establish a digital metrology laboratory.
