差分拉曼光谱结合化学计量学检验一次性口罩

Disposable Masks Which Tested by Differential Raman Spectroscopy Combined with Stoichiometry

  • 摘要: 为探索一种新的一次性口罩检验分类方法,收集了 31 个不同厂家生产的一次性口罩,并用差分拉曼光谱仪进行检验,得到差分拉曼光谱图.对差分拉曼光谱图进行对比,人工分成 4 类.利用IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 软件对数据进行标准化处理,再分别用系统聚类分析和K均值聚类分析进行分类,最后用Fisher判别分析验证以上分类方法和分类结果的科学性.结果显示,当并类距离最小时,一次性口罩样品可以分为 6 类,基本是在人工分类的基础上对样品进行进一步的细分.这种利用差分拉曼光谱法结合化学计量学的检验方法,具有无损、高效的优点,能够为法庭科学技术的物证检验鉴定提供帮助.

     

    Abstract: A new test and classification method for disposable masks was explored.Disposable masks produced by 31 different manufacturers were collected and tested with differential Raman spectrometer,and the differential Raman spectra were obtained.The difference Raman spectra were compared and divided into 4 categories manually.IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software was used to standardize the data,and then systematic cluster analysis and K-means cluster analysis were used to classify the data,and finally Fisher discriminant analysis was used to verify the above classification methods and classification results.The results showed that when the parallel distance was the lowest,disposable mask samples could be divided into 6 categories,which basically further subdivided the samples on the basis of manual classification.This method,which combines differential Raman spectroscopy with stoichiometry,has the advantages of non-destructive and efficient,and can provide help for the forensic scientific and technical examination and identification of material evidence.
