化妆品中防腐剂国际能力验证质量控制及结果分析

International Proficiency Testing Result and Analysis of Preservatives Determination in Cosmetics

  • 摘要: 通过参加"化妆品中防腐剂的测定"国际能力验证活动,提高实验人员对化妆品检测的技术能力,提升实验室整体竞争力.根据《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015 年版)中的高效液相色谱法及荷兰实验室综合技术服务研究所(IIS)组织方所提供的能力验证作业指导书,采用高效液相色谱法对能力验证化妆品样品中的甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇和 4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯的含量进行测定,并且通过加标回收、标准物质核查及人员比对等措施,对结果的准确度进行控制.3 种防腐剂在相应浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数(R2)在 0.999 以上,回收率在93.82%~101.86%之间.能力验证结果中Z值分别为:甲基氯异噻唑啉酮 1.72;苯氧乙醇 0.72;4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯 0.52.Z值均小于 2.实验室在本次荷兰实验室综合技术服务研究所(IIS)组织的能力验证活动中获满意结果,表明本实验室对化妆品中 3 种防腐剂(甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、苯氧乙醇和 4-羟基苯甲酸丙酯)的定量测定能力较好.

     

    Abstract: By participating in the international capability verification activity of"Determination of Preservatives in Cosmetics",the technical level of cosmetics testing was improved.According to the high performance liquid chromatography in the Cosmetic Safety Technical Specifications(2015 edition)and the capability validation work instructions provided by the Netherlands Institute for Interlaboratory Studies Spijkenisse(IIS),the contents of methyl chloroisothiazolinone,phenoxyethanol and propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in cosmetic samples were determined.The three preservatives showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the corresponding concentration range,the correlation coefficient(R2)was above 0.999,and the recovery rate was between 93.82%and 101.86%.By means of spiked recovery,reference material verification and personnel comparison,the accuracy of the results was well controlled.The Z values of the capability verification results were:methyl chloroisothiazolinone 1.72;Phenoxyethanol 0.72;Propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate 0.52.The Z values are all less than 2.In the end,the laboratory achieved satisfactory results in the IIS capability verification.The results showed that the quantitative determination ability of three preservatives(methyl chloroisothiazolinone,phenoxyethanol and propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate)in cosmetics was good.
