Abstract:
This optimization method is based on GB/T 5750.10-2023,and the determination methods of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water are optimized and explored.Methods Optimize the sample pretreatment process and instrument equipment conditions for the determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid.The results showed that the detection rates of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in the optimized drinking water were 70%and 60%,respectively.The relative standard deviations of dichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 2.01%,3.39%and 3.67%,respectively.The relative standard deviations of trichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 2.98%,3.71%and 2.39%,respectively.The recovery rates of dichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 92.85%~96.61%,and the recovery rates of trichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 91.14%~97.13%.The optimized test data and results meet the requirements of the standard.The method is simple and easy to operate,the minimum detection mass concentration is suitable,the precision is good,and the accuracy is high.It can accurately determine dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.
