生活饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸测定方法的优化与探究

Optimization and Exploration of Determination Method of Dichloroacetic Acid and Trichloroacetic Acid in Drinking Water

  • 摘要: 本优化方法以GB/T 5750.10-2023为参照,对生活饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的测定方法的进行优化和探究.通过对测定二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸的样品前处理过程、仪器设备条件两方面进行优化.结果显示,优化后的生活饮用水中二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸最低检测质量浓度测定10次的检出率分别为70%和60%;二氯乙酸高中低不同浓度的相对标准偏差分别为2.01%、3.39%、3.67%,三氯乙酸高中低不同浓度的相对标准偏差分别为2.98%、3.71%、2.39%;二氯乙酸高中低不同浓度的回收率在92.85%~96.61%,三氯乙酸高中低不同浓度的回收率在91.14%~97.13%.经优化的检验检测的数据和结果符合标准要求,方法操作简单易行,最低检测质量浓度合适,精密度好、准确度高,可以准确测定生活饮用水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸.

     

    Abstract: This optimization method is based on GB/T 5750.10-2023,and the determination methods of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water are optimized and explored.Methods Optimize the sample pretreatment process and instrument equipment conditions for the determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid.The results showed that the detection rates of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in the optimized drinking water were 70%and 60%,respectively.The relative standard deviations of dichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 2.01%,3.39%and 3.67%,respectively.The relative standard deviations of trichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 2.98%,3.71%and 2.39%,respectively.The recovery rates of dichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 92.85%~96.61%,and the recovery rates of trichloroacetic acid at high,medium and low concentrations were 91.14%~97.13%.The optimized test data and results meet the requirements of the standard.The method is simple and easy to operate,the minimum detection mass concentration is suitable,the precision is good,and the accuracy is high.It can accurately determine dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water.
