Abstract: This article briefly introduces the working principle and troubleshooting of HPLC,and takes the Agilent 1260 series HPLC as an example to summarize the common faults and causes in the daily work process,and propose corresponding solutions.In order to improve the service life of the instrument,maintain the precision of the instrument,and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
