Abstract: To establish a method for rapid inspection of express packaging paper boxes through the results of burst machine testing.The method follows the ISO2759 standard and uses a durable machine to conduct compression tests on 100 different sources and specifications of courier paper boxes collected.The results show that the samples can be divided into four categories based on the different kilograms of force they bear on an area of 1 square centimeter,with an accuracy rate of 100％.This method is simple and feasible,and can provide a scientific basis for the classification of the durability of express packaging paper boxes.It also provides a fast and low-cost new method for police to infer the packaging purpose or the items being packaged.
