基于拉力数值的服装包装塑料袋分析研究

The Detection of Plastic Bags for Clothing Packaging Based on Tensile Value

  • 摘要: 为建立一种通过拉力机测试结果快速检验服装包装塑料袋的方法,利用电子拉力机在速度 300 mm/min,间距50 mm的设置条件下,所有样品被划分为15 mm宽度,对收集到的100个不同品牌、不同规格的透明服装包装塑料袋进行拉力测试.结果显示,依据样品拉伸强度和断裂伸长率的不同,可以将样品分为五大类,准确率可达98%.该方法简便易行,可为服装包装塑料袋的拉力分类提供科学依据,为公安机关实际办案提供了一种速度快、成本低的可推断包装用途或所装载物品物理特性的新手段.

     

    Abstract: To establish a method for quickly testing plastic bags for clothing packaging through the results of tensile testing machine.Under the setting conditions of a speed of 300 mm/min and a spacing of 50 mm using an electronic tensile testing machine,all samples were divided into a width of 15 mm,and 100 transparent clothing packaging plastic bags of different brands and specifications were collected for tensile testing.According to the different tensile strength and elongation at break of the samples,they can be divided into five categories with an accuracy of up to 98%.This method is simple and feasible,and can provide a scientific basis for the classification of tensile strength of plastic bags for clothing packaging.It also provides a fast and low-cost new method for police to infer the packaging purpose or physical characteristics of the loaded items.
