Abstract:
To explore the feasibility of carbon stable isotope ratio combined with mineral element in the identification of origin of Macleaya cordata(Willd.)R.Br.flowers,and provide technical support for distinguishing the geographical origin of poison honey and the traditional Chinese medicine.Samples of Macleaya cordata were collected from 12 regions of Guizhou, the δ 13C and 19 mineral element in flowers were determined by elementary analysis-isotope ratio mass spectrometers(EA-IRMS)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Combined with principle component analysis, partial least squares discriminant analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis,a discriminant model of Macleaya cordata flowers producing area was established. With the analysis of mineral elements, the five principal components representing 88.289%of the total index, and Cs,Ba,Al,V,Mn,Fe,Ni and Li can be used for factor analysis.Based on the discriminant model established by orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis, the importance of 7 elements As、Rb、Pb、δ13C、Cs、Cu、Sr were determined.Based on the differences of δ13C and mineral element fingerprints,Macleaya cordata flowers from different habitats can be identified.
