燃煤电厂尿素水解制氨系统性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Performance of Urea Hydrolysis System for Ammonia Production in Coal-fired Power Plant

  • 摘要: 某 2×660 MW超超临界二次再热机组采用尿素水解制氨系统工艺.对该工艺进行性能试验研究,结果表明,该工艺各项运行参数优良,供产品气压力稳定,产品供氨气流量能够满足锅炉升负荷时的响应能力,各项指标基本达到设计性能值,可替代液氨为锅炉脱硝系统安全稳定供氨提供保障.

     

    Abstract: A2×660 MW power plant is an ultra-supercritical secondary reheating process unit.The flue gas denitrification treatment adopts SCR process,in which the reducing agent adopts urea hydrolysis to ammonia process system.Through the performance test of the process,the results show that the process has excellent operating parameters,stable gas pressure of the supply product,ammonia flow rate of the product can meet the response capacity of the boiler when the load is increased,and each index basically reaches the design performance value,which can replace liquid ammonia to provide guarantee for the safety and stability of ammonia supply in the boiler denitration system.
