公安院校视频侦查技术实验教学改革与实践探索

摘要: 随着公安信息化进程的快速推进,视频侦查技术已经成为公安机关打、防、管、控的重要手段,这对公安教育工作提出了新挑战.视频侦查技术注重实操能力的培养,这给该课程的实验教学提出了更高要求,开展视频侦查技术实验教学改革,使其更贴近需求、贴近基层、贴近实战,具有重大意义.因此,依据学生培养目标和知识背景有针对性地开展实验教学可以提高人才培养质量,符合国家政策导向.本文立足公安院校的专业特色,以侦查学和刑事科学技术为例,开展视频侦查技术实验教学改革与创新探索,依据公安实战部门对视频侦查专业人才的具体需求,对分属不同一级学科的侦查学和刑事科学技术专业本科生实验教学进行实验教学设计,通过分析专业背景和培养目标差异,结合行之有效的实验教学方法,有针对性地开展实验教学方案设计,并在实际教学运行中进行实践探索.结果表明,本文开展的实验教学改革方案在7项教学评价中均得到了较好的反馈,实现了视频侦查技术专业人才培养的改革创新,也为其他公安院校开启了新的教学改革思路.Abstract: With the rapid advancement of public security informatization,video investigation technology has emerged as a crucial tool for public security organs in their efforts to combat,prevent,manage,and control,thereby presenting a novel challenge to public security education.Video investigation technology emphasizes the cultivation of practical operational skills,imposing heightened demands on the experimental teaching of this course.Initiating a reform in the experimental teaching of video investigation technology is of significant importance to align it with the demands of the field,closely relate it to grassroots scenarios,and bring it in proximity to real-world applications.Hence,conducting targeted experimental teaching based on students'training objectives and knowledge background can enhance the quality of talent training,aligning with national policy guidance.In light of the specific characteristics of police colleges and universities,this study utilizes investigation science and criminal science and technology as exemplars to implement experimental teaching reform and innovative exploration in the domain of video investigation technology.Considering the distinct needs of police field departments for video investigation professionals,the design of experimental teaching is tailored for undergraduates majoring in investigation science and criminal science and technology within different first-level disciplines.By analyzing variations in professional backgrounds and training objectives and employing effective experimental teaching methods,a targeted experimental teaching program is designed.Practical exploration is then carried out during the actual teaching operations.The outcomes reveal that the experimental teaching reform plan implemented in this study has garnered positive feedback through seven teaching evaluations.It has not only achieved reform and innovation in the training of professional talents in video investigation technology but has also introduced a new paradigm for teaching reform in other public security colleges.
