Abstract: The quality and safety of shellfish are closely related to the rise and fall of the shellfish industry and people's health.Previous studies have mostly focused on the detection of quality and safety indicators such as heavy metals,veterinary drug residues,shellfish toxins,and pathogenic bacteria in shellfish.However,the review of detection methods for pesticide residues in shellfish is relatively rare.Currently,the quality and safety hazards caused by pesticide pollution in shellfish cannot be underestimated.Advances in study on chromatography mass spectrometry detection technology for pesticide residues in shellfish were discussed,in order to provide reference and reference for improving the quality and safety detection technology system of shellfish.
