Abstract:
In the field of ecological environment monitoring, blank samples are an important means of laboratory quality control. The purpose of blank samples is to reflect whether the samples have been contaminated and the degree of contamination during the process of collection, transportation, preservation, and analysis,so as to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of the detection results. This article briefly describes the classification and collection methods of blank samples, and focuses on the requirements for the collection methods and quantities of various blank samples in water and wastewater, soil, air, and exhaust gas,as specified by different analytical standards, specifications, and guidelines,in order to provide reference for ecological environment monitoring technicians.
