Abstract:
While promoting the development of industry,agriculture and economy,human beings have caused pollution to the environment and food.In recent years,some serious food safety incidents that endanger human life and health have occurred continuously.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the public's awareness of food safety is increasing.Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP)is a widely used preventive food safety management system for controlling food safety hazards in the world.Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)refers to two parts of risk Analysis(HA)and Critical Control Point(CCP),which is an internationally recognized method of food safety control and prevention.This paper starts from the application status of non-food chemicals such as detergents,disinfectants,lubricants,additives and other chemical substances used by food production enterprises under the HACCP system,and discusses the proper use of chemical substances such as detergents,disinfectants,lubricants and additives in the food production process,so as to ensure the safety of food production and reduce such risks of food safety.
