氢氧化钾滴定法测定茶多酚类保健食品中的酸价

Determination of Acid Value in Tea Polyphenols Dietary Supplement by Potassium Hydroxide Titration

  • 摘要: 本文采用氢氧化钾滴定法,对茶多酚类保健食品中的酸价含量进行研究.胶囊内容物用石油醚浸提,收集溶液并经小于 60 摄氏度的水浴蒸干石油醚,取残留物.定量称取残留物,经乙醚-乙醇混合溶液溶解,加溴麝香草酚蓝指示剂,加饱和氯化钠溶液 20 ml,摇匀后得待测溶液.用氢氧化钾滴定液滴定出现蓝色.同时进行空白实验.计算酸价含量,同时进行相对标准偏差计算.酸价结果小于 1 mg/g时,RSD不超过 15%;酸价结果大于等于 1 mg/g时,RSD不超过 12%.本实验确定茶多酚类保健食品中的酸价测定采用滴定法操作简单、精密度良好、结果稳定、实用性高,为相关标准的制定提供技术支撑.

     

    Abstract: To study the acid value of tea polyphenols dietary supplement by potassium hydroxide titration.The contents of the capsule were extracted with petroleum ether,the solution was collected and evaporated in a water bath of less than 60 degrees centigrade.Weigh the residue quantitatively,dissolve it in ether-ethanol mixture,add a bromothymol blue indicator,and shake it with 20ml saturated sodium chloride solution.It's potassium hydroxide blue.At the same time,a blank experiment was carried out.The content of acid value was calculated and the relative standard deviation was calculated.The RSD does not exceed 15%when the acid value is less than 1 mg/g,and does not exceed 12%when the acid value is greater than or equal to 1 mg/g.The titrimetric method for determination of acid value in tea polyphenols dietary supplement is simple,accurate,stable and practical,which provides technical support for the formulation of relevant standards.
