Abstract:
This method was used to determine the content of tea polyphenols in dietary supplement,and the reliability of the data was verified by using evaluation indexes such as accuracy,precision and recovery.The results showed good linear absorption value(correlation coefficient R2 = 0.9992).The relative standard deviation of precision test results was 1.00%,and the recovery was 95.85%-99.70%.The method has the advantages of high precision,high accuracy and easy operation,it can be applied to the determination of tea polyphenols in dietary supplement,and can effectively solve the defects in the determination of tea polyphenols in Chinese dietary supplement.
