  • 摘要: 电感耦合等离子体质谱技术被公认为是最强的元素和同位素分析技术,样品处理简单,可进行多元素同时分析,具有极高的灵敏度和极低的检出限,已经广泛应用于环境科学、生命科学、材料科学以及法庭科学等领域。研究者主要介绍了 ICP-MS 技术常用的前处理方法和联用技术的适用范围,综述了 ICP-MS 技术近年来在法庭科学领域的应用进展,并展望了未来的发展趋势和应用前景。将为 ICP-MS 在法庭科学领域毒物分析、微量物证案件相关涉案物证中重金属元素和其他元素的研究和应用提供有效地参考价值。

     

    Abstract: Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) is recognized as the most powerful trace and ultra-trace inorganic element and isotope analysis technology. It is widely used in the field of forensic science due to its high sensitivity, low detection limit, wide linear dynamic range, simultaneous analysis of multiple elements, and simple sample treatment. This paper reviews the application progress of ICP-MS in the field of forensic science in recent years,such as biological samples, food, medicine and shooting residues. The pretreatment methods of heavy metal elements and other elements in biological samples, food and medicine are introduced, and the development trend of ICP-MS in this field is prospected. This paper will provide an effective reference value for the research and application of ICP-MS in toxicant analysis in the field of forensic science and the research and application of heavy metal elements and other elements in the material evidence related to trace evidence cases.This paper will provide an effective reference value for the analysis of heavy metal elements and other elements in forensic evidence by ICP-MS.
