Abstract: This paper reviews and charts out the widespread warehouse buildings in the past Xuanda region, and uses literary records to trace the functional and scalar changes of Yuzhou’s Changping (ever normal) Granary during the Ming, Qing, and Republic of China. It restores the spatial layout of the Granary in different periods by on-site surveying and mapping, and analyzes and summarizes the formal characteristics of each individual building in the group.
