Abstract:
Grounded in China’s “urban and rural historical culture conservation and transmission system”, this paper proposes “thematic construction” as a methodological solution to current fragmentation in Jingdezhen’s ceramic-heritage preservation, enabling integrated protection and dynamic cultural transmission. By emphasizing the industrial dimensions of artisanal porcelain production, it innovatively synthesizes industrial heritage methodology with cultural landscape theory, thereby providing novel conceptual instruments for establishing a unified conservation system for Jingdezhen’s ceramic cultural heritage.
