恭王府水法楼营建始末试论

A Preliminary Study on the Construction of the Shuifa Building in Prince Kung’s Palace

  • 摘要: 恭王府水法楼遗址作为目前国内罕见的室内园林景观遗迹,有着重要的历史价值与独特的艺术特征,一定程度上反映了主持其设计、营建者的思想追求及审美趣味,在清代王府建筑与清代园林中弥足珍贵。本文通过已有研究及近年公开的档案资料对水法楼的营建年代、营建思想、艺术特征等进行探究,与同类建筑进行多角度对比,并提出保护与复原措施,拟为后续水法楼的相关研究与利用提供依据,同时也为同类型建筑遗产的研究与保护方案的制定提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The Shuifa Building within Prince Kung’s Palace stands as a rare indoor garden landscape relic in China, possessing immense historical significance and distinctive artistic traits. To a considerable degree, it reflects the ideological aspirations of its designers and constructors to encapsulate the socio-economic landscape and prevailing aesthetic sensibilities of the mid to late Qing dynasty. Within the realm of Qing dynasty imperial residences and garden, it holds unparalleled value. This paper undertakes a preliminary exploration of the Shuifa Building’s construction era, design philosophy, artistic characteristics, and other facets, drawing upon existing research and accessible archival materials to date. Through multifaceted comparisons with similar structures, it propose subsequent preservation and restoration strategies. It aims to furnish a foundation for future research and utilization endeavors pertaining to the Shuifa Building, providing a reference point for the formulation of research and conservation plans targeted at heritage sites of comparable architectural merits.
