Study on 0.6 MPa Pressure Characteristic Curve of SF6 Mixed Gas in Variable Temperature Environment

  • In order to understand the pressure characteristic curve of SF6 mixed gas at pressure of 0.6 MPa under the condition of variable temperature, the pressure characteristic curves of SF6/N2 and SF6/CF4 are designed and measured. The temperature range of the laboratory is set to -30-40℃, and the testing instruments and equipment are prepared. The two mixed gases with SF6 volume fraction of 28%, 30% and 32% are configured respectively, and the equation of state of the mixed gas is deduced. The actual temperature and pressure values are measured in the experiment, and the theoretical values are substituted into the equation of state to obtain the relative error. The applicability of the equation of state is verified, and the pressure characteristic curve of SF6 mixed gas in the environment of 0.6 MPa is drawn. It is found that the pressure in this curve has a certain linear relationship with the experimental temperature, which provides a theoretical basis for the preparation of SF6 mixture system and related research and development.
