Influence of Synchronous System on Measuring Device in Smart Substation and Its Processing Strategy

  • The network sampling method based on fiber-optic network transmission is widely applied in smart substation which arranges simply, and all data sharing in substation can be realized. However, it requires high accuracy of the station synchronization system signal. Compared to point-to-point sampling method, the reliability of the network sampling method cannot be ensured. By analyzing the network sampling data synchronization technology based on electrical reference vector, the influence of the clock synchronization system abnormity on the sampling, measurement calculation and synchronism function of the measuring device is analyzed. Aiming at the influence of sampling abnormities caused by synchronous system abnormities on the measuring device, the processing strategies of uniform synchronous adjustment, automatic frame loss compensation, quality-aided decision-making and abnormal interpolation alarm are proposed. These schemes are implemented to reduce the impact of synchronization system effects on measuring device effectively, and promote reliability of the network sampling and calculation in many projects and proven to be effective.
