Abstract:
In order to meet the scheduling requirements of intelligent distribution network and better serve the regulation and control of distributed adjustable sources and loads in the network, from the perspective of "scheduling friendliness" of power grid and relies on the "central-distributed" regulation architecture which includes "cluster division, external characteristic calculation, instruction decomposition and deaggregation" as the realization means, a set of index system and implementation strategy for the division of flexible resources is proposed. Firstly, a comprehensive evaluation index system including 7 key indicators is designed to measure the performance of different flexible resource cluster division modes participating in power grid dispatching. Then, a two-level sample screening mechanism is designed to solve the problem of insufficient samples in the actual implementation process. Based on this, a results-oriented comprehensive weight optimization method is proposed to make the proposed evaluation method more truly reflect the actual scheduling effect and improve its accuracy. Finally, a simulation study is carried out using IEEE 33 node system to verify the correctness of the proposed method.
