1 100kV SF6断路器断口联合电压试验研究

Research of Combined Voltage Test of 1 100kV SF6 Circuit Breaker

  • 摘要: 断口联合电压试验是断路器绝缘型式试验的重要项目。1 100kV SF6断路器较高的绝缘水平、较大的断口电容对绝缘试验室提出了更高的要求和挑战。应用电磁暂态程序EMTP对1 100kV SF6断路器断口冲击联合电压试验多种工况进行了数值仿真,优化确定了相关试验方案。仿真结果表明:对于操作冲击联合工频的试验方式,可以单纯通过提高工频侧的电压峰值补偿电压跌落;对于雷电冲击联合工频的试验方式,应通过部分提高雷电冲击侧的电压峰值、部分提高工频侧电压峰值补偿电压跌落。根据仿真结果,机械工业高压电器设备质量检测中心按照GB/Z 24838-2009对新东北电气研制的1 100kV SF6断路器顺利进行了断口联合电压绝缘型式试验。

     

    Abstract: Combined voltage test is one of the most important items of dielectric type test for circuit breaker. Due to its higher insulation level of circuit breaker at 1100kV rated voltage and bigger grading capacitors, its dielectric type test is a challenge for laboratories. Applying EMTP software, combined voltage tests under different cases were computed and test plans were determined. Results show: for the cases of SIWV+AC, the dropped voltage can be compensated only by increasing the voltage of AC side; for the cases of LIWV+AC, the dropped voltage can be partly compensated by increasing the voltage of AC side, partly compensated by increasing the voltage of LIWV side. Based on the computation, according Chinese specification GB/Z 24838-2009, High Voltage Apparatus Quality Test & Research Center of Machinery Industry fulfilled the combined voltage dielectric type test of 1 100kV SF6 circuit breaker developed by New Northeaset Electric(shenyang) HV Switchgear Co.Ltd successfully.
