选相分合闸装置与重合闸功能配合回路优化

Study Coordination of PSD Devices and Line-Reclosing Function

  • 摘要: 结合某换流站500kV 3/2接线开关场线路–变压器串线路重合闸装置异常实例,介绍了事件背景、异常原因查找过程。回路检查、绝缘测试及更换操作继电器箱插件等方法未消除异常,通过分析选相分合闸装置和开关操作继电器箱控制配合回路,确定重合闸装置异常是由于选相分合闸装置的控制回路将开关操作继电器箱内的分合闸继电器旁路而导致重合闸异常放电闭锁。指出电力系统内类似工况开关存在重合闸误动、拒动的潜在隐患。提出了改进措施并在工程实践中实施,为今后直流输电系统的设计、调试以及相关装置功能升级完善提供了重要的参考。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of an abnormal case of reclosing line of a 500kV 3/2 switch yard in a converter station, this paper describes the background of the case, and investigates reasons behind this anomalies. Loop checking, insulation testing, replacing plug-ins in the operating relay box and other method was not to eliminate anomalies. By analyzing the coordination of the election phase of closing devices with the control loop of the switch operations relay box, the abnormality was due to the control loop in the phase selection of closing devices that has bypassed open and close relay in the switch operation relay box which led to reclose abnormal discharge atresia. This paper identifies the existence of malfuction in switch reclosing, and potential tripping hazards in similar conditions in the power system. Counter-measures are proposed to be implemented in engineering practice,providing an important reference for improvement for future HVDC system design,commissioning and related devices feature upgrades.
