Cluster Voltage Control Strategy of High Permeability Photovoltaic Distribution Network Considering Participation of Energy Storage

  • 摘要: 随着分布式光伏渗透率的不断提高,配电网电压越限问题日益突出,针对传统集中控制响应速度慢、控制复杂,以及光伏出力削减的问题,提出一种考虑储能参与的配电网集群协调电压控制策略。首先,建立考虑电气距离、群内群间灵敏度和集群电压自治能力的集群划分指标,通过改进的社团算法形成最优集群。然后,对配电网先后进行有功和无功两个层面的集群电压控制,选取集群关键控制节点进行电压调节。最后,将所提集群划分方法和电压控制策略在改进的节点配置网系统IEEE 33上进行仿真,结果表明,配电网节点电压得到了有效控制。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous increase in the penetration rate of distributed photovoltaics, voltage violation problems in distribution networks are becoming increasingly prominent. Aiming at the problems of slow response speed, complex control, and reduced photovoltaic output in traditional centralized control. A distribution network cluster coordinated voltage control strategy considering the participation of energy storage is proposed. Firstly, a cluster partitioning index that considered the coupling degree within and between clusters and the autonomy capability of cluster voltage is established, and the optimal cluster is formed through an improved community algorithm. Then, cluster voltage control is carried out on both active and reactive levels of the distribution network. Key control nodes of the cluster are selected for voltage regulation. Finally, the proposed cluster partition method and voltage control strategy are simulated on an improved IEEE 33 node distribution network system, and the results show that the voltage of distribution network nodes is effectively controlled.
