支撑新型电力系统的构网型储能及控制策略

Grid-forming Energy Storage System and Control Strategies Supporting New-type Power System

  • 摘要: 我国新能源发电快速发展,对新型电力系统的构建发挥重要作用,但新能源发电的波动性与不确定性对保障系统供电可靠带来较大影响。为实现新型电力系统多时间尺度能量供应平衡,储能在新型电力系统建设中起到关键作用。首先归纳了面向新型电力系统的储能技术,并将传统储能技术与构网型控制策略有机结合,介绍了构网型储能系统,并对其基本架构、基本原理进行简要回顾。在此基础上,对构网型变流器基本特性、控制原理与面临的主要问题进行梳理。最后,结合现有研究成果,总结了构网型储能在新型电力系统中稳定运行面临的主要问题以及可能的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The rapid development of renewable energy has a strong influence on the construction of new-type power system. However, the high variability and uncertainty of renewable energy have a greater impact on ensuring the reliable operation of the system. In order to achieve multi-time scale energy supply, energy storage system plays a key role in the construction of new-type power system. The energy storage technologies faced by the new power system are summarized, and the traditional energy storage technology is organically combined with the grid-connected control strategy, the grid-forming energy storage system is introduced. Moreover, the basic architecture and principle of grid-forming energy storage system are briefly reviewed. On this basis, the dynamic characteristics, principle of control technologies and main problems of the grid-forming converter, which is the key link of the grid-forming energy storage system, are investigated. Finally, combined with the existing research results, the main problems and possible solutions of grid-forming energy storage system for the stable operation of new-type power systems are summarized.
