基于主动均衡技术的可重构储能系统SOC均衡策略

SOC Balancing Strategy for Reconfigurable Energy Storage Systems Based on Active Balancing Technology

  • 摘要: 可重构电池储能系统可能存在电池组荷电状态(State of charge,SOC)的不一致性,将严重影响储能系统的循环寿命,为此,提出一种基于主动均衡技术的可重构储能系统SOC均衡策略。首先,提出了储能变流器的整流/逆变控制方法,且通过双向DC-DC变换电路的稳压稳流作用,保证储能系统充/放电的正常工作;其次,设计了一种主动均衡储能系统SOC的电路,充电时SOC最大电池组的能量向均衡电源转移,放电时均衡电源的能量向SOC最小电池组转移,以实现可重构电池储能系统中各电池组SOC的主动均衡;最后,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,对所提SOC均衡策略进行验证。结果表明,所提SOC均衡策略可实现可重构电池储能系统中各电池组的SOC均衡。

     

    Abstract: The reconfigurable battery energy storage system may have inconsistent state of charge(SOC) of the battery pack, which will seriously affect the cycle life of the energy storage system. Therefore, a SOC balancing strategy for reconfigurable energy storage systems based on active balancing technology is proposed. Firstly, a rectification/inversion control method for energy storage inverters is proposed, and the normal operation of the energy storage system's charging/discharging is ensured through the stabilizing and current stabilizing effect of the bidirectional DC-DC conversion circuit. Secondly, a circuit for actively balancing the SOC of an energy storage system is designed. During charging, the energy of the maximum battery pack in the SOC is transferred to the balancing power supply, while during discharge, the energy of the balancing power supply is transferred to the minimum battery pack in the SOC, in order to achieve active balancing of the SOC of each battery pack in the reconfigurable battery energy storage system. Finally, a simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink to validate the proposed SOC balancing strategy. The results indicate that the proposed SOC balancing strategy can achieve SOC balancing of each battery pack in a reconfigurable battery energy storage system.
