基于等级关联度的电能质量综合评估

Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Quality Based on Grade Correlation Degree

  • 摘要: 为了准确、全面地反映电力系统电能质量的实际状况,提出了一种基于等级关联度的电能质量综合评估方法。首先依据国家标准划分指标等级,建立电能质量指标评估体系;其次采用粗糙层次分析法(Analytic hierarchy process, AHP)确定聚合多位专家评估意见的主观权重,采用CRITIC法根据标准化数据计算客观权重,并通过组合赋权的方法确定综合权重;然后构建规格化后的物元可拓模型,通过待评估对象和指标的等级关联度判断其所属的电能质量等级,并根据等级评估值进行电能质量优劣比较和排序,得到全面、直观的电能质量评估结果;最后通过算例分析,验证了所提方法的准确性与有效性,为电能质量的治理提供可靠的依据。

     

    Abstract: To accurately and comprehensively reflect the reality of power quality in the power system, a method for comprehensive evaluation of power quality based on grade correlation degree is proposed. Firstly, establish evaluation system of power quality indexes based on index ratings divided by national standards. Secondly, subjective weights aggregating evaluation opinions of multiple experts are established by rough analytic hierarchy process(AHP). And objective weights are calculated by criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC) according to standard data. Subjective weights are combined with objective ones to determine comprehensive weights. Then, construct a normalized matter-element extension model. Power quality grades of objects and indexes are determined through their grade correlation degrees. Power quality is evaluated and ranked according to the evaluation values of grade determined by correlation degree, which leads to a comprehensive evaluation of power quality. Finally, through case study, the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified and it is able to provide criteria for improving the power quality.
