基于单火线、零火线取电的变电站辅助设备监控终端电源模块研究

Research on the Power Module of Substation Auxiliary Equipment Monitoring Terminal Based on Single Live Wire and Neutral-live Wire to Obtain Electrical Energy

  • 摘要: 变电站辅助设备监控终端电源模块为采集辅助设备的状态数据和控制辅助设备的工作状态提供硬件支撑,由此提出一种基于单火线、零火线取电的监控终端电源模块设计方法。首先,分别对单火线、零火线取电工作原理进行分析进而设计了相应的取电回路;其次,确定了一般情况下单火线取电所接入负载容量范围大小,并根据计算公式提出了增大接入负载容量范围的若干改进措施;最后,搭建仿真电路及试验测试平台,分别测得单火线、零火线接线方式下接入不同负载容量设备对应的输出端电压及关键元件的电压电流波形,验证了该电源模块在这两种接线方式下工作的可靠性及接入负载容量范围的正确性。试验结果表明,改进后的监控终端电源模块工作性能稳定,其接入负载容量范围得到了有效提升。

     

    Abstract: The monitoring terminal power module of substation auxiliary equipment provides hardware support for collecting the status data of auxiliary equipment and controlling the working status of auxiliary equipment. Therefore, a design method of monitoring terminal power module based on single live wire and neutral-live wire is proposed. Firstly, the working principle of single live wire and neutral-live wire is analyzed, and then the corresponding power taking loop is designed. Secondly, the capacity range of the access load is determined and some improvement measures to increase the capacity range of the access load are put forward according to the calculation formula. Finally, the simulation circuit and test platform are built, and the output voltage and the voltage and current waveform of key components are measured respectively under the single live wire connection mode and neutral-live wire connection mode, which verified the reliability of the power module under the two connection modes and the correctness of the access load capacity range. The experimental results show that the performance of the improved monitoring terminal power module is stable, and its access load capacity range has been effectively improved.
