电气化航空新型电力系统发展动态:系统架构、储能装备与电力变换

Development Trends of Novel Electric Power Systems for Electrified Aviation: System Architectures, Energy Storage Equipment, and Power Conversion

  • 摘要: 在构建低碳航空新格局的背景下,为了突破能源技术壁垒、促进多能协同利用,航空电力系统正加速向混动化、全电化转型。在此过程中,深度融合储能装备的电力电子化新型电力系统凭借其高效能量传输、灵活功率分配等优势,成为实现电气化航空的关键技术路径。基于此,首先分析飞机电力系统架构的最新研究进展,给出不同架构的技术特点和主要问题;其次,围绕能量密度、功率密度、使用寿命等多项关键性能,总结机载储能装备的研究现状,并深入探讨不同储能方案适合的应用场景;再次,围绕效率、可靠性、功率容量等方面深入分析主要直流变压器和逆变器拓扑的优缺点及发展趋势;最后指出支撑未来电力系统架构发展的关键技术及挑战。这些技术的突破将推动我国大飞机、无人机、空天飞行器等新型航空器供电系统的自主化和快速发展。

     

    Abstract: Under the imperative to establish a low-carbon aviation paradigm, aviation power systems are accelerating their transition toward hybridization and full electrification to overcome energy technology barriers and enable multi-energy synergistic utilization. Emerging power electronics-based electric power systems with deeply integrated energy storage equipment have demonstrated critical potential for achieving electrified aviation, leveraging advantages in high-efficiency energy transmission and flexible power distribution. First, recent research advancements in aircraft electric power system architectures are systematically analyzed, with their technical characteristics and key challenges comprehensively outlined. Second, critical performance metrics including energy density, power density, and service life are rigorously evaluated to summarize the state-of-the-art in onboard energy storage technologies, while application-oriented scenarios for different energy storage solutions are thoroughly examined. Third, deeply comparative analyses of major DC transformer and inverter topologies are conducted, focusing on efficiency, reliability, power capacity, and evolutionary trends. Finally, key enabling technologies and persistent challenges for future power system architectures are identified, whose breakthroughs are expected to drive the autonomous development of advanced power supply systems for next-generation large aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), and aerospace vehicles in China.
