Review of Parameter Identification Techniques for Induction Motor

  • 摘要: 凭借较低的运维成本与出色的综合性能,感应电机在运载系统、工业传动和数控装备等领域得到了广泛应用。电机模型的准确性是实现高性能控制系统的基础,研究精准可靠的参数辨识技术具有重要意义。通过全面梳理感应电机各类参数辨识方法的原理和应用效果,揭示了不同方案的研究价值、技术挑战和发展趋势。首先,阐述感应电机控制系统对于电机参数的需求以及待辨识参数的特点,介绍基于信号注入和旋转测试的离线辨识方法。然后,剖析不同工况下参数变化带来的不利影响,指出离线辨识的局限性,归纳现有在线辨识方案的原理以及技术挑战。在此基础上,论述了人工智能算法在参数辨识中的应用进展。最后,对感应电机参数辨识领域的关键问题进行讨论和展望。

     

    Abstract: Owing to the low maintenance cost and excellent comprehensive performance, induction motors are widely used in the fields of delivery systems, industrial drives and numerical control equipment. The accuracy of the motor model is the basis for realizing a high-performance control system, and it is significant to study the accurate and reliable parameter identification techniques. A comprehensive review of the principles and application effects of various parameter identification methods for induction motors is conducted, revealing the research value, technical challenges, and development trends of different approaches. Firstly, the demands of induction motor control system for parameters and their characteristics are elaborated, the offline identification methods based on signal injection and rotation test are introduced. Then, the effects of parameter changes under different working conditions are analyzed, the limitations of offline identification are pointed out, the principles and technical challenges of the existing online identification schemes are summarized. On this basis, the progress of the application of artificial intelligence algorithms in parameter identification is introduced. Finally, critical issues in the field of induction motor parameter identification are discussed and prospected.
