Review of the Technological Development of Permanent Magnet Wind Generator

  • 摘要: 风力发电机系统由风力发电机和变流器组成,是风电机组实现能量转换的核心部件。永磁风力发电机效率高、转矩密度大、可靠性高,配合采用全功率变流器并网,具备高无功功率输出、低压穿越的优势。永磁风力发电机技术在风力发电的发展中得到广泛关注。首先介绍了国内外风力发电技术的发展概况以及政府政策支持;阐述不同类型风力发电机系统的工作原理和优缺点,并对主流机型进行了综合比较,揭示了永磁风力发电技术的竞争优势;然后分析了近年来永磁风力发电机技术现状,包括全风速域高效运行技术、齿槽转矩抑制技术、振动抑制技术、高低压故障穿越技术、状态监测与故障诊断技术、模块化强容错技术等;最后对永磁风力发电机技术的未来发展方向进行展望。

     

    Abstract: The wind turbine system consists of wind generators and converters, and it is the core component of the wind turbine to achieve energy conversion. Permanent magnet wind generators are high efficiency, with a high torque density and exceptional reliability. Their integration into the grid through full-power converters provides key advantages, such as enhanced reactive power output and low voltage ride-through capability. Permanent magnet wind turbine technology has received widespread attention in the development of wind power generation technology. First, the development of wind power generation technology both domestically and internationally and government policy support are introduced. The working principles, advantages, and disadvantages of different types of wind power generator systems are explained, and a comprehensive comparison of the mainstream wind generator models is conducted to reveal the competitive advantages of permanent magnet wind turbine technology. Then, the current status of permanent magnet wind generator technology in recent years is discussed,including efficient operation technology in full wind speed range, cogging torque suppression technology, vibration suppression technology, high and low voltage fault ride through technology, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, modular strong fault tolerance technology, etc. Finally, the future development trend of permanent magnet wind turbine technology is prospected.
