直流条件下真空断路器开断过程重击穿特性

Restrike Characteristic of Vacuum Breaker in Its Open Process under DC Voltage

  • 摘要: 真空断路器开断过程重击穿现象会引发过电压,造成高压设备绝缘劣化加剧。针对该问题开展真空断路器开断过程重击穿特性试验研究,搭建针对40.5 kV真空断路器耐压试验平台,获得真空断路器触头间距、回路电流及关合过程涌流对重击穿次数、击穿电压及持续时间的影响。试验结果表明,随真空断路器触头间距增大,真空断路器开断过程重击穿次数减少、重击穿电弧持续时间增加;随试验系统回路电流增大,真空断路器开断过程重击穿次数增加、击穿电压波前陡度及重击穿电弧持续时间增加;随真空断路器关合过程涌流幅值增加,真空断路器开断过程重击穿次数及重击穿电弧持续时间增加。本研究为40.5 kV真空断路器的预防性试验及耐压试验方法优化提供理论基础及数据支持。

     

    Abstract: The restrike phenomenon during the opening of vacuum circuit breaker will cause overvoltage, resulting in the deterioration of the insulation of high voltage equipment. To solve this problem, an experimental study on the restrike characteristics of vacuum circuit breaker during the breaking process is carried out, a voltage withstand test platform for 40.5 kV vacuum circuit breaker is built, and the effects of contact spacing, loop current and inrush current during the closing process on the restrike times, the steepness and duration of the breakdown voltage wave front are obtained. The test results show that the number of re-breakdown decreases and the duration of breakdown arc increases with the increase of contact spacing of vacuum circuit breaker. With the increase of circuit current of the test system, the number of restrike, the steepness of the breakdown voltage and the duration of the restrike arc increase during the breaking process of the vacuum circuit breaker. With the increase of inrush current amplitude during vacuum circuit breaker closing process, the number of re-breakdown and the duration of restrike arc during vacuum circuit breaker breaking process increase. It provides theoretical basis and data support for the preventive test and the optimization of voltage test method of 40.5 kV vacuum circuit breaker.
