Low Carbon Economic Operation Strategy of Cogeneration Power Supply Considering Photovoltaic Access

  • 摘要: “双碳”目标的提出促使我国能源结构转型,能源革命持续深化。为提高供电所经济运行水平,适应能源系统形态发展的新变革,提出含光伏接入的热电联产型供电所低碳经济运行策略。构建含光伏、热泵、电储能装置、柔性负荷等供电所低碳经济运行策略模型,以供电所日运行总成本及碳排放量日治理成本最低为目标,在Matlab环境下采用Yalmip工具箱和Cplex求解器对所建立的模型进行求解。以北京市某供电所为例,分析不同场景下的运行情况,结果表明,所提策略降低了供电所日运行成本与碳排放量,有助于促进供电所削峰填谷及光伏消纳。

     

    Abstract: The proposal of double carbon goal has prompted the transformation of our energy structure, and the energy revolution continues to deepen. In order to improve the economic operation level of power supply and adapt to the new transformation of the development of energy system, the low-carbon economic operation strategy of cogeneration power supply including photovoltaic access is put forward. The low-carbon economic operation strategy model of the power supply including photovoltaic, heat pump, electric energy storage device and flexible load is constructed. Aiming at the lowest daily operating cost and daily carbon emission control cost of power supply, Yalmip toolbox and Cplex solver are used to solve the established model in Matlab environment. Taking a power supply station in Beijing as an example to analyze the operation conditions under different scenarios, the results show that the proposed strategy reduces the daily operation cost and carbon emission of the power supply station, and helps to promote the peak cutting and valley filling and photovoltaic consumption of the power supply station.
