Analysis of the Aging State of Nickel-cadmium Batteries Based on CRH380 EMU

  • 摘要: 蓄电池作为高速列车关键设备之一,其老化状态的精确预估对高速列车的安全运营具有重要意义。针对CRH380型动车组镍镉蓄电池老化状态在线估计困难的问题,基于镍镉电池的检修规程和健康状态指标,研究在不同温度、不同寿命条件下的电池老化状态,分析镍镉蓄电池的老化机理及其影响因素,并对镍镉蓄电池的相关参数进行了测试分析。首先,根据镍镉电池的标准检修规程,设计试验方案;然后,对不同修程的镍镉电池进行容量测试和电压测试;最后,通过获取的试验数据分析不同条件下的老化特征。结果表明随环境温度、荷电保持时间与镍镉蓄电池的老化状态为正相关。

     

    Abstract: As one of the key equipment of high-speed trains, the accurate prediction of battery aging state is of great significance to the safe operation of high-speed trains. In view of the difficulty in online estimation of the aging state of the nickel-cadmium battery of CRH380 EMU, based on the maintenance procedures and health status indicators of the nickel-cadmium battery, the aging state of the battery at different temperatures and different service life conditions is studied, the aging mechanism and influencing factors of the nickel-cadmium battery are analyzed, and the relevant parameters of the nickel-cadmium battery are tested and analyzed. First of all, according to the standard maintenance procedures of nickel-cadmium battery, the experimental scheme is designed. Then, the capacity test and voltage test are carried out for Ni-Cd batteries with different repair procedures. Secondly, the aging characteristics under different conditions are analyzed through the obtained experimental data. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the aging state of the Ni-Cd battery and the battery temperature and the charge holding time.
