Abstract:
Under the background of energy industrial structure transformation and increasing penetration rate of new energy, how to balance the PV(Photovoltaic) consumption and the comprehensive cost of the power system has become a significant concern in the future. Therefore, from the perspective of PV hosting capacity enhancement and system comprehensive cost reduction, a joint optimization strategy containing PV consumption and photovoltaic-storage-charging configuration is proposed. First, the impact of PV and flexible load on voltage stability is analyzed and the assessment model for PV consumption is established. Then, the energy interactions among energy storage systems, electric vehicle(EV) charging stations, and grid are explored, and the joint operation strategy and optimization model for PV-storage-charging configurations are proposed. Finally, the standard IEEE-33 node power distribution network is used to analyze the examples, and the mathematical models are solved by improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm and the effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy is verified.
