横向磁通电机研究状况综述

Survey Overview of Transverse Flux Motor

  • 摘要: 以当前的横向磁通电机研究为目标,从不同角度介绍分析了横向磁通电机研究所取得的成果,对今后的研究工作具有较强的参考价值。首先从横向磁通电机实现了磁路和电路的解耦出发,指出其可获得比传统径向磁通电机和轴向磁通电机更高的转矩密度和功率密度,且易实现低速大转矩,拥有良好的应用前景,因此受到各国研究者的高度重视;其次,介绍了当前已有横向磁通电机的主要类型及其基本结构,总结分析了它们的共性规律和个性差别;对横向磁通电机的设计与分析方法、驱动系统的基本控制策略、转矩(或推力)脉动抑制、漏磁抑制等关键技术进行了综述,阐述了多种电机优化方法,探讨了多种容错控制策略,介绍了该电机系统在交通运输、工业生产和军事等领域的应用;最后对横向磁通电机系统需要研究的重点进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: The current research on transverse flux motors is focused on and the achievements is introduced and analyzed from different perspectives, which provides strong reference values for future research. Firstly, it starts with the decoupling character about magnetic circuit and circuit in the transverse flux motor, pointing out that it can achieve higher torque density and power density than traditional radial flux motors and axial flux motors. It is easy for the motors to achieve low speed and high torque, which has good application prospects. Therefore, it has been highly valued by researchers in various countries. Secondly, the main types and basic structures of current transverse flux motors is introduced while their common patterns and individual differences summarized and analyzed among them. Thirdly, it is provided for the summary about such key technologies as its design and analysis methods, basic control strategies of drive systems, torque (or thrust) pulsation suppression, leakage suppression, and so on. It elaborates on various motor optimization methods, explores various fault-tolerant control strategies, and introduces the application of this motor system in transportation, industrial production, and military fields. Finally, the key areas that need to be studied for this motor system were discussed.
