基于储能协调的光储微网VSG控制策略研究

Research on VSG Control Strategy of Optical Storage Microgrid Based on Energy Storage Coordination

  • 摘要: 光储微网独立运行时受到光照强度变化或负荷扰动时,系统频率稳定性无法满足要求。针对此问题,提出一种基于储能协调的光储微网改进虚拟同步电机(Virtual synchronous generator,VSG)控制策略。首先,对VSG控制策略进行改进,用以消除负载扰动带来的频率偏差。同时通过协调控制策略得到VSG控制器的给定参考有功功率,调整蓄电池储能充电状态(State of charge,SOC),用来平抑光照强度变化带来的频率偏差。其次,建立基于储能协调的光储微网改进VSG控制系统小信号模型进行参数整定设计。最后,建立系统仿真模型进行仿真验证,仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: When the optical storage microgrid operates independently, the system frequency stability cannot meet the requirements when it is subject to light intensity change or load disturbance. To solve this problem, an improved virtual synchronous generator(VSG) control strategy of optical storage microgrid based on energy storage coordination is proposed. Firstly, the VSG control strategy is improved to eliminate the frequency deviation caused by load disturbance. At the same time, the given reference active power of VSG controller is obtained through coordinated control strategy, and the battery energy storage state of charge(SOC) is adjusted to stabilize the frequency deviation caused by the change of illumination intensity. Secondly, the small signal model of improved VSG control system based on energy storage coordination is established for parameter tuning design. Finally, the system simulation model is established for simulation verification, and the simulation results verify the feasibility of the method.
