Abstract:
Considering the impact of user participation demand response on integrated energy station network planning, a bilayer optimization model of regional integrated energy station network collaborative planning considering flexible load is proposed. The upper layer constructs a multi-objective optimization model to optimize the system capacity allocation with the objectives of annual investment operating cost, pollution discharge and power supply interruption rate. Considering the flexible load that can be reduced, translated, transferred and replaced in the lower layer, and considering the demand response compensation cost, an optimal operation model is established to optimize the load curve and equipment output. It shows that considering flexible load participation in demand response can smooth the load curve, reduce equipment output and capacity allocation, and is more superior in economy, environmental protection and energy supply reliability.
